WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – Penn College dropped a pair of matches at the Wilkes University Tri-Meet Thursday and fell to 2-11. The Wildcats were edged by Lackawanna College, 32-24, and fell to the host, 43-9.

Against Lackawanna,
The Wildcats built an 18-11 lead after a forfeit at 133 and pins from Christian Fox (3:51) at 141 and Daniel Bergeron (3:19) at 157. LC scored 21 straight points before Dylan Otis recorded a pin in 2:16 at heavyweight for Penn College.

Against Wilkes,
Penn College picked up wins from Jared Mooney and Otis to earn its nine points. Mooney earned a 9-4 decision at 197 before Otis picked up his pin, in 41 seconds, at heavyweight.
Penn College returns to action Saturday hosting Gettysburg and King's College.
