SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Penn College's women's tennis team dropped a 5-2 nonconference decision against Lock Haven University on Friday. Penn College is now 0-2 and Lock Haven is 1-1.
How it happened: Lock Haven players captured four singles matches, two contested, and two doubles matches, one contested.
Inside the box: Penn College singles winners were Faith Murray at No. 4 and Kiera Wene at No. 5. Murray and Wene also teamed for the Wildcats' lone doubles win.
Up next: Penn College will host Mount Aloysius College at the Central PA Tennis Center at 4 p.m. on Sept. 26.
