LOCK HAVEN, Pa. — Penn College placed ninth out of 23 teams in the men's 8k with 306 points and 17th of 20 in the women's 6k with 464 points Saturday morning at the Lock Haven Invitational. 

On the men's side, Chase Ebeling led the Wildcats with his 45th place finish in 28:01.4. Bryce Martin followed in 50th at 28:05.8, and Logan Bohrer placed 65th in 28:17.4. 

Thaddeus Stevens' Tristan Weaver bested the field with a finish time of 26:09.6. 

Slippery Rock claimed the team title with 76 points and were followed by Grove City (87), Messiah (91), St. Bonaventure (106), Lock Haven (180), Moravian (240), Juniata (218), Drew (283), Penn College (306) and Scranton (310) rounded out the top 10.

For the women, Elaina Brady paced the Wildcats women in 83rd place with a time of 26:14.9. Amy Rohl finished 115th in 27:31.2, and Kate Butzler placed 120th in 27:47.1.

Juniata's Ella McCrum clocked a field-best 22:15.7.

The Pittsburg XC Club took the top team honor with 46 points, and were followed by Messiah (62), Slippery Rock (85), St. Bonaventure (95), Drew (202), McDaniel (213), Juniata (223), Grove City (224), Bloomsburg (232) and Moravian (260) who finished in the top 10.
