McLaughlin enters his first season as Penn College's women's volleyball coach

McLaughlin has a wealth of volleyball coaching experience, with his most recent stop -- prior to Penn College -- as Swarthmore's men's club volleyball head coach. McLaughlin also coached 16u and 12u girls' volleyball in East Brunswick, N.J., served as a coach at Kean University's boys' volleyball camp, and played and coached for Rowan University's men's club volleyball team.

McLaughlin graduated from Rowan University in 2012 with a BA in History and a minor in education.
