UTICA, N.Y. - Penn College dropped a trio of women's volleyball matches in a North Eastern Athletic Conference tri-meet hosted by SUNY Poly Saturday and Sunday. Penn College fell to 1-16 overall, 0-6 NEAC.
Against Morrisville,
Morrisville won 25-8, 25-21 and 25-15.
Lu-Anne Antisdel and
Tayla Clark led Penn College in kills with four,
Kaitlyn Young picked up a team-high eight digs and
Sophie Coldsmith recorded three aces, one block and nine assists.
Against SUNY Poly,
SUNY Poly won 25-12, 25-18 and 25-13.
Felicia Webber notched a team-best six kills and seven digs, Coldsmith picked up three blocks and 16 assists and Young and Coldsmith each had one ace.
Against SUNY Cobleskill,
Cobleskill won 25-17, 25-11 and 25-13.
Webber paced Penn College with six kills, Antisdel notched two aces, Coldsmith picked up 13 assists, Antisdel recorded five digs and
Tara Glenny and
Keri Fargus each had a block.
Penn College returns to action next weekend in a NEAC tri-meet hosted by College of Saint Elizabeth.
