WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Penn College dropped a 3-0 decision to Penn State-Altoona in a non-conference women's volleyball game Monday. The Wildcats fell to 3-14, while the Lions improved to 12-11.
Altoona won 25-17, 25-14, and 25-22.
Penn College turned 127 total attacks into 24 kills and picked up three aces.
The Wildcats honored seniors
Felicia Webber and
Sophie Coldsmith, and honored Coldsmith for reaching more than 1,000 digs and assists during her career.
Coldsmith paced Penn College in blocks (2), assists (17), and digs (21).
Jordyn Smeltzer led the Wildcats in kills with nine and Webber picked up a team-high two aces.
