WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – After nearly a month away from competitive play due to weather, Penn College took the field Wednesday. The Wildcats dropped a 9-1 decision to Lycoming College in a non-conference softball contest. Penn College fell to 4-5.
The Warriors jumped out to a 6-0 lead through the first two innings before Penn College put its lone run on the board in the fourth inning.

Kylie Shreiner to make it 6-1.
Lycoming ended the game with three runs in the fifth inning.
Amanda Kustanbauter fell to 1-4 after two innings in the circle. She allowed six earned runs on six hits, with one strikeout and four walks.
Penn College returns to action Saturday at Morrisville.
