DU BOIS, PA. – Penn State Du Bois outscored Penn College 14-5 in overtime to escape with a 100-91 win in a non-conference men's basketball game Tuesday. The Wildcats fell to 1-11, while the Lions improved to 6-7.
James Bullock scored a career-high 32 points for Penn College, on 12 of 20 from the field, including 6 of 11 from behind the arc. He added five steals and four rebounds.
Michael Wenner finished with 14 points,
Ben Sosa added 12, and
Robert Young Jr. added 11.
Jesse White grabbed a team-high eight rebounds.
Du Bois had five players reach double digits, led by Tristan Pierce's 36.
The game featured 10 deadlocks and nine lead changes. DuBois led 43-38 at halftime, before the Wildcats pumped in a 48-43 second half to even the game at 86-86 at the end of regulation.
Penn College returns to action Saturday, 1 p.m., at Lancaster Bible.
