WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Penn College netted two goals in the second half en route to a 2-0 win over Morrisville in a North Eastern Athletic Conference men's soccer match Saturday. The Wildcats improved to 5-5-1 overall, 5-2 NEAC, while the Mustangs fell to 6-5-1, 5-2.
The win moved Penn College into third place in the NEAC standings, behind Penn State Abington and SUNY Cobleskill, and tied with its Tuesday opponent, Lancaster Bible.
Following a scoreless first half, which saw Penn College take six shots and Morrisville, two, the Wildcats broke the deadlock early in the second half.
