Wildcats fall to Penn State Harrisburg

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Penn College fell 2-0 to Penn State Harrisburg in a non-conference women's soccer match Wednesday. The Wildcats now stand at 4-1, after dropping their first match of the season, while the Lions improve to 5-3.Â

Penn State Harrisburg opened the game with a goal at the 33:19 mark and held a 1-0 lead at halftime. The Lions added one more goal in the 79
th minute and held Penn College scoreless the entire contest.Â

Penn State Harrisburg outshot Penn College 20-8 and held a 6-1 advantage on corner kicks.Â

Taylor Gonzales turned away ten shots in goal for the Wildcats.Â
