WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Penn College fell to Wells College 56-46 in a North Eastern Athletic Conference women's basketball game in Bardo Gymnasium on Saturday. The Wildcats fell to 1-12 overall, and 0-5 NEAC while the Express improved to 2-11 overall, 1-3 NEAC.\
Madison Klock paced the Wildcats with 14 points on 5 of 15 from the floor, and 1-2 from the line.
Maci Ilgen added 11 points and
Tori Wolfe pulled down a team-high 11 rebounds.
Carley Ryan led the Express with 26 points. Shelby Medovich added 15 points and pulled down a team-high 12 rebounds.
Penn College led 15-14 after the first quarter, but it was all Wells from there. At the half, Wells led 24-22 and outpaced the Wildcats in the second half 32-24 to secure the win.
Penn College returns to action Sunday, 12 p.m. in another North Eastern Athletic Conference match-up hosting Keuka College.
