LANCASTER, Pa. – Lancaster Bible built a 14-point halftime lead and used for a 79-68 win over Penn College in a North Eastern Athletic Conference men's basketball game Wednesday. The Wildcats fell to 2-18 overall, 1-10 NEAC, while the Chargers improved to 12-7, 9-2.
Elijah Vazquez scored a game-high 28 points for Penn College,
Spencer Bartron added 15, and
Carson Garvis finished with 13 points and 10 rebounds.
Benny Raymond paced LBC with 23 points and Quentin Davis recorded 18 points and 12 rebounds.
The Chargers led 30-26 at halftime, while Penn College outscored LBC 42-39 in the second half.
The Wildcats return to action Saturday, 3 p.m., hosting SUNY Cobleskill.
