WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Penn College handed Wells College a 26-5 setback in a United East men's lacrosse game Saturday. The Express fell to 1-4 United East, 1-9 overall, while the Wildcats improved 3-2, 11-6.
How it happened: Penn College opened with an 11-0 first quarter lead and took a 16-3 advantage into the locker room. The Wildcats added seven in the third and three in the fourth.
Inside the box: C.J. Jones and
Guerin San Agustin led PCT's offense with three goals each.
Andrew Osterman finished with two scores and five assists to finish with seven points, while A.J. Dotson finished with six points, on two goals and four assists.
James Cella picked up the win in goal for Penn College.
Up next: The Wildcats enter next week's United East tournament as the No. 3 seed and will take on No. 2 seed Morrisville on a day and time to be determined.
