Shane Price smacked a two-run double, and a passed ball gave the Wildcats their fifth run.
Harrisburg added two in the bottom of the third, and five in the fourth, to take the lead for good, 8-5.
Tyler Rudolph's single in the fifth, and
Quinn Hanafin's single in the eighth, scored the final two runs for Penn College.
Carles finished with three hits, including the 200
th of his career, to pace the Penn College offense, while
Jake Wagner, Hanafin, Dick, and Price each picked up a pair of hits.
