WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Penn College shutout Valley Forge, 8-0, in a United East women's soccer match Tuesday at UPMC Field. The Wildcats improved to 5-1 UE, 12-1-2 overall, while the Patriots fell to 1-6, 4-10.

Inside the box: Sara Darlington's 14^th goal of the season in the second minute put PCT ahead, 1-0. Lucy Kontir scored unassisted in the 17^th minute and Ava Bentzel netted an unassisted goal in the 23^rd, while Ryle Oliphant found Olivia Herman in the 34^th minute to give the Wildcats a 4-0 lead at halftime.

Ella Garman scored her 11^th goal of the season in the 47^th minute before Darlington twitched twine again in the 55^th on an Ashley Gordon pass. Mia Clark connected with Herman in the 60^th minute before Allison Lyn scored her first goal this season in the 80^th minute.
