SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Penn College's women's tennis team lost 6-1 in a nonconference match against Penn State Altoona on Friday. Penn College is now 0-4. PS Altoona is 10-1.
How it happened: PS Altoona won five singles matches and all three doubles matches.
Inside the box: Scoring the lone win for the Wildcats was Lauren Peck at No. 1 singles, 7-2, 5-6, 10-4 tiebreaker. In a competitive match at No. 3 singles, Faith Murray lost 6-5, 4-7, 9-11 tiebreaker.
