MEDIA, Pa. -- Penn College's men's basketball team fell, 84-58 to Penn State Brandywine in a United East clash Saturday afternoon. The Wildcats fell to 3-6 in United East play, 4-16 overall, while the Lions improved to 8-2 UEC, 13-9.
How it happened: Brandywine jumped out to an early lead and never looked back, controlling the pace from the opening tip. PCT trailed 46-27 at the half and could not find an answer to cut into the Lions' double-digit lead in the second half.
Inside the Box: Kendall Bratten recorded his first career double-double as he led the Wildcats with 19 points and 15 boards.
Owen Newcomer drained three 3s to finish with 11 points while
Landon Reeder grabbed 10 rebounds and had a block on the defensive end.Â
The Wildcats were limited to just two steals while the Lions forced 22 turnovers.
