ALTOONA, Pa. — Penn College's women's tennis team lost 6-1 in a nonconference match at Penn State Altoona on Friday. Penn College is now 6-10 overall, and Penn State Altoona is 16-4.
How it happened: PS Altoona won five of six singles matches and two of three doubles matches for its team points.
On the court: Lauren Peck won the lone Penn College singles match at No. 1, 0-6, 6-4 (10-5 tiebreaker). Doubles winners for the Wildcats were Faith Murray and Kiera Wene at No. 2, 6-2.
