LATROBE, Pa. -- For the third consecutive season, Penn College Wrestling earned the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Team Academic Peak Performance award, which recognizes the team with the highest collective cumulative GPA in each sport, the league office announced. Individually, 16Â Wildcat student-athletes earned a selection on the AMCC Academic All-Conference Team for maintaining a 3.2 GPA or higher for the Fall 2025 semester and 10 earned individual peak performer recognition as they had above a 3.5 GPA.

Brett Patton became the programs first four-time all-academic honoree. Juniors

Ryan Trimber earned their third academic awards while junior
Nick Woodruff and sophomores
Justin Adams,
Brock Beach,
Carter Davis,
Blake Dergham,
Ryan Fitzsimmons,
Cole Shupp, and
Bryan Tilney earned their second honors. They were joined by junior
TJ Martin and freshmen
Tyler Prince, and
Chase Shaner who also heard their names called on the all-academic team this season.Â
"As a team, we strive to continually grow and get one-percent better each day. That includes both on the mat and in the classroom," Head CoachÂ
Dalton Rohrbaugh said. "After a successful year on the mat, I am proud to see the work ethic being applied in the classroom, as well. Our wrestlers continue to hold themselves to high academic standards."Â
Penn College repeated as AMCC Conference Champions and were represented with a program-high three wrestlers at the NCAA Division III National Championship tournament in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in the 2025-26 season.Â
