Penn College's Athletic Communications office disseminates information to local and national media outlets. The office compiles and maintains statistics, records and the athletics web site. The Athletic Communications office also issues press releases, brochures, and other promotional items, and is available to assist members of the media in their coverage of the Wildcats athletic teams.

Media Information
Post-game Interviews
On-site post-game interviews should be arranged through the Athletic Communications representative of the contest you are covering. A brief period for coaches and athletes to cool down will be observed.
Phone Interviews
All interviews with Penn College athletes and coaches should be arranged through the Athletic Communications office. It is preferred that members of the media wishing to conduct phone interviews supply a number for the student-athlete to contact the reporter. Phone numbers of student-athletes will not be released without both their written and verbal consent.
Photography Credentials
Only credentialed photographers will be granted field access for photography. Credentials can be applied for through the Athletic Communications office. Please contact Matt Blymier at least 24 hours before the event clearly stating the following:
- Sport you wish to shoot
- Date of contest you wish to shoot
- The media organization or department you represent
- A parent who serves as the team photographer will be granted access if they request credentials 24 hours before the event. Only one parent team photographer will be granted access to the field.
