Grove was named the assistant baseball in 2020-21.
Prior to Penn College, Grove spent four years as the hitting coach at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). During his time at IUP, he assisted in the development of T.J. Adams, who was selected in the 27th round (810 overall) by the Philadelphia Phillies.
His coaching career began in 2016, when he spent the summer serving as an assistant coach with the Butler BlueSox of the Prospect Summer Collegiate League.
Grove played collegiately at California University of Pennsylvania (Cal U), where he was a two year starter as an outfielder. He graduated from Cal U in spring 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Sports Management. He also earned his Master’s degree from Cal U in Sports Administration with a concentration in Intercollegiate Athletics in Spring of 2016.
Grove and his wife, Aubrey, currently reside in Jersey Shore.
