Penn College of Technology Athletics

Head coach Chris Howard has named Levon Whitmyer a volunteer assistant coach for the 2014-15 Wildcat baseball season.
 
Whitmyer brings over a decade of coaching experience to the position.  Since 2012, he has been the head coach for the Mansfield High School varsity baseball team.  In addition, he has coached Williamsport’s local Babe Ruth league for the past five years recently taking third in the 16-18 Division State Tournament.  Currently, he coaches the 19U Williamsport Wildpitch, an organization he founded.
 
Whitmyer has many ties to the Penn College community having worked as a faculty member for the School of Construction and Design since 2009.  He attended Penn College and was a member of the first Penn College baseball team.  He graduated in 1994 with a degree in Building Construction Management and Architectural Technology.
 
Whitmyer currently resides in the Williamsport area.
