Jordan Williams was named head men’s lacrosse coach at Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2020. Williams is Penn College’s first full-time lacrosse coach and led the program in its inaugural NCAA Division III season in 2021.
In his first season, Williams led Penn College to a 4-2 record, a North Eastern Athletic Conference runner-up finish and was named the conference's Coach of the Year. Penn College made a return trip to the conference playoffs in 2022 and won 11 games in 2023 en route to to its third-straight conference postseason appearance.
The Wildcats continued to climb in 2025 after posting a program-high 14-5 season to reach its second consecutive United East Conference final. Williams guided Elliot Dotson to United East Player and Freshman of the Year honors and coached Walt Heiser to USILA Scholar All-America recognition. PCT landed a program-high six first team selections and 12 total all-conference members.
Williams led the Wildcats to a 10-win season in 2024 and reached the conference championship game for the second time in the program's first four years, finishing as the United East Conference runner-up.
Prior to Penn College, Williams spent five seasons as an assistant coach at Ohio Wesleyan, Chatham University, and Lourdes University.
“Jordan was just outstanding during this entire interview process and we were really impressed with his energy and passion but also his attention to detail,” Penn College Director of Athletics John Vandevere said. “We have added another great coach to our already stellar coaching staff and we cannot wait to see Jordan’s impact on our department and our men’s lacrosse program.”
Williams earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Aurora University (Ill.) where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team and a four-time scholar-athlete selection. He obtained his Master of Business Administration from Lourdes University (Ohio) in 2017 and was a graduate assistant coach during his two years in Sylvania. Williams also earned an Innovation and Engineering Black Belt in 2023 granted by the Innovation Engineering Institute.
Following his time at Lourdes, Williams spent a season as the offensive coordinator at Chatham (Pittsburgh, Pa.), and helped guide the team to a 7-8 season. Williams joined the coaching staff at Ohio Wesleyan (Delaware, Ohio) where he was responsible for the goalies, man-up offense, and the recruiting coordinator. During his two seasons in Delaware, the Bishops went 13-11, had four offensive all-Americans and all-region selections, and one conference player of the year.
