Connors joined the Penn College coaching staff in 2023 and his main responsibilities are academics, recruiting, and the offense.

The Bellmore, N.Y. native was a three-year starter for DeSales University and was named the 2017 MAC Rookie of the Year. Connors was a two-time All-MAC selection and finished his career with 109 points. He played a fifth year at Mercy College, totaling 61 points, and received his degree in Homeland Security.
