Penn College of Technology Athletics

Kratzer was named Penn College's Assistant Men's Soccer coach in 2023.

A Lewisburg, Pa. native, Kratzer first played collegiate soccer at Elizabethtown College and helped the Blue Jays with its first Landmark Championship. He later transferred to Penn State to finish his academics and graduated with an Ecomonics degree.

Kratzer attended Lewisburg Area High School and was a member of team that won three District IV title and two PIAA state championships - including a 25-0 season.
