Bower was named head men’s and women’s tennis coach in 2018.

In her first season, Bower saw a pair of players win North Eastern Athletic Conference championships. Bower also guided the NEAC Player of the Year, Tucker Phillipe-Johansson in 2021.

Bower was the 1993 MAC doubles champion for Wilkes University before transferring to Lycoming College and playing for the Warriors from 1994-1996. She was named to the MAC 100 Team Tennis in 2013.
