WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – The Pennsylvania College of Technology put up a good fight Tuesday, just being edged out by Misericordia University 5-4.  The team took two of three doubles matches in a contest that was the first of the season, but could only take two singles as the Cougars made a comeback for the win.  Junior 
Jordan Rodgers (Biglerville) was 2-0 in the match taking his first flight singles match 6-4, 6-4 and partnered with junior 
Christopher Morrin (Morrisville) for a first doubles win 8-5. 
Also for the Wildcats, freshman 
Benjamin Leibig (Lebanon) started off his collegiate career strong winning a three setter at third singles 6-3, 4-6, 6-1.  He also recorded a win at second doubles with senior partner 
Nathan Scott (Canton, Conn.) 8-2. 
Next up, Penn College travels to Lebanon Valley College on Saturday, Sept. 27 for a 12 p.m. match.
