WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Five Penn College student-athletes were named to the 2026 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Division III At-Large Team, the organization announced. Men's lacrosse sophomores
Elliot Dotson (Wilmington, Del.) and
Owen Kupsey (Chadds Ford, Pa.), wrestling junior
Nick Woodruff (Wyalusing, Pa.) and sophomore
Carter Davis (York, Pa.), and senior golfer
Gunner Redmond (Lock Haven) all earned the honor.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. To be eligible, student-athletes must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade-point average and meet strict, sport-specific playing time requirements. The at-large program encompasses all sports that do not have their own Academic All-America program.
Dotson earned his second United East Player of the Year honors after leading the conference with 49 assists while his 94 points were second and 45 goals placed his among the top five in the conference during his sophomore campaign. Dotson's 2.58 assists per game ranked 24th among D-III players this season and his 4.95 points per contest put his 35th in the nation.
Kupsey was named to his second all-conference first team after leading the Wildcats with 65 goals while also adding 10 assists, placing himself fifth in the league's total scoring with 75 points.
Davis finished the season with a 31-6 record, an AMCC Championship and regional runner-up finish. At the NCAA Tournament, he finished with a program-best 3-2 mark.
Woodruff is a two-time scholar all-american, a two-time AMCC all-academic selection, member of Chi Alpha sigma and CSC all-district selection last year. On the mat, Woodruff was an AMCC Champion, and regional third place-finish before going 2-2 at the NCAA Championship, including an upset win over the No. 4 nationally ranked wrestler in his weight class.
Redmond helped lead Penn College to its fourth-straight United East championship last season and was named first team all-conference.
