HUNTINGDON, Pa. - Juniata added a goal in the first half and two in the second, in a 3-0 win over Penn College in a non-conference men's soccer match Tuesday. The Wildcats dropped to 5-10, while the Eagles improved to 3-9-1.
Juniata fired 14 shots in the first half, and struck in the 15
th minute when Max Furman netted a pass from Reese Fisher.
Devin Sherman provided the Wildcats' only two shots on goal in the first, with both ending in the hands of the keeper.
The Eagles added a score in the 57
th minute on an Aaron Kulig goal, and in the 82
nd minute when Dani Meyer-Arrivilla found the back of the net.
Austin Dowrick's header in the 77
th minute, which was saved, was the Wildcats only shot on goal in the second half.
The Eagles outshot Penn College 32-5 and held a 12-1 advantage in corner kicks.

Hunter Gosnell turned away a career-high 20 shots, while Achim Schwemmlein recorded three saves.
The Wildcats return to action Oct. 24, 12 p.m., hosting Lancaster Bible.
