READING, Pa. – Penn State Berks dealt Penn College a 5-1 setback in a North Eastern Athletic Conference men's soccer match Sunday. The Lions improved to 9-7-1 overall, 7-4 NEAC, while the Wildcats dropped to 5-13, 4-7.
Penn State added a score in the sixth minute when T.J. Yurkovic found the back of the net. Jon Mercier's header in the 29
th minute made it 2-0 before Michael Peguero netted a shot in the 44
th minute to make it 3-0 at halftime.

Penn State outshot the Wildcats 35-9 and held a 9-2 advantage in corner kicks.
Malcolm Kane turned away 14 shots in goal for Penn College, and Ron Saltos stopped two shots for the Lions.
Penn College returns to action Wednesday, 4 p.m., at Bryn Athyn.
