WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Gallaudet dealt Penn College a 64-43 setback in a North Eastern Athletic Conference women's basketball game Sunday. The Bison improved to 1-2 overall, 1-0 NEAC, while the Wildcats dropped to 1-3, 1-1.
Jamie Steer paced the Wildcats with a game-high 19 points and
Alicia Ross finished with eight.
Ebani Lewis grabbed a team-high nine rebounds for Penn College.
Four players reached double figures for the Bison, led by Sabina Shysh's 17.
Gallaudet jumped out to a 19-0 lead early in the game en route to a 44-10 halftime lead. Penn College managed to outscore the Bison 16-10 in the third, and 17-10 in the fourth.
Penn College returns to action Jan. 5, 7 p.m., hosting Penn State Berks.
