WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Penn College dropped a 109-52 decision to Lancaster Bible College in a North Eastern Athletic Conference men's basketball game Thursday. The Wildcats fell to 2-8 overall, 2-2 NEAC, while the Chargers remained unbeaten at 9-0, 3-0.
Thomas Ross paced Penn College with a game-high 19 points, while
Kevin Laurence-El finished with 13. Ross added a team-high seven rebounds.
Five players reached double-digits for Lancaster Bible, led by CJ Dunston and Bryce Williams's 18 points. Herbie Brown added 17 for the Chargers, Kurt Keitner pumped in 15 and Jordan Mellinger finished with 12.
LBC fired an impressive 55.3 % from the field and held Penn College to 31.7%.
The Wildcats return to action Saturday, 12 p.m., at Gallaudet.
