WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Penn College scored two first half goals en route to a 2-0 win over Cazenovia College in a North Eastern Athletic Conference women's soccer match Saturday. PCT improved to 5-0 NEAC, 6-4-1 overall, while Caz dropped to 3-7-1, 1-5.
Hailee Hartman put PCT ahead 1-0 in the 22
nd minute when she netted an unassisted tally. It was the fourth consecutive game that Hartman found the back of the net.
Jane Herman made it 2-0 four minutes later when she belted in a penalty kick.
Penn College outshot Cazenovia 16-6 and held a 4-0 edge in corner kicks.
Colleen Bowes stopped two shots in goal for PCT, while Lauren Gee made 10 stops for Cazenovia.
Penn College returns to action Sunday, 12 p.m., hosting Morrisville.
