WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Penn College dealt Wilson College a 4-0 setback in a North Eastern Athletic Conference divisional crossover match Saturday. The win snapped a two-game slide for the Wildcats, which improved to 4-6-1 overall, 2-2 NEAC, while the Phoenix fell to 0-10.
Hailee Hartman started off the scoring for Penn College in the third minute when she deposited a pass from
Tayla Derr to make it 1-0.
Tiffany Brown made it 2-0 in the 10
th minute on an assist from
Dominique Brown.
Chrissy Webber belted a shot from 15-yards out 34 seconds after Brown's goal to make it 3-0 and
Emily Bell finished off a rebound in the 43
rd minute to give PCT a 4-0 lead.
Penn College outshot Wilson 35-2 and held a 13-0 advantage in corner kicks.
Taylor Gonzalez picked up one save in goal for the Wildcats.
Penn College returns to action Sunday, 2 p.m., hosting Lancaster Bible College.
