GENEVA, Pa. – Penn College dropped an 87-48 decision to Geneva College in a non-conference men's basketball game Saturday. The Wildcats fell to 0-3, while the Tornados improved to 2-0.
Robert Young Jr. led Penn College with 16 points on 6 of 22 shooting.
Ben Sosa finished nine points and four rebounds and Ryan Lockman scored eight points and pulled down seven boards.
Four players reached double figures for Geneva, led by Dann Torok's 16 points.
Geneva caught fire in the first half en route to a 40-27 halftime lead. The second half wasn't much different as the Tornados outscored Penn College 47-21.
The Wildcats earned 11 points in the paint and scored 12 off turnovers.
Penn College returns to action Tuesday, 5 p.m., hosting Elmira College.
