WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Cazenovia held on for an 81-70 win over Penn College in a North Eastern Athletic Conference men's basketball game Saturday. Cazenovia improved to 6-15 overall, 6-8 NEAC, while Penn College dropped to 9-13, 7-10.
Ben Sosa paced Penn College with 16 points and pulled down a team-best eight rebounds.

Thomas Ross, and
Marquis Delgado all finished with 12 points and
Carson Garvis added 10.
Will Thompson netted a game-high 23 points for Cazenovia, Nicholas Filippi added 18, Jallah Jackson finished with 16, and Mile Deluca chipped in with 13.
After four ties in the opening six minutes of the game, Cazenovia separated from a 10-10 deadlock with a 10-0 run to lead 20-10 with 9:41 left in the opening half. Penn College got as close as three, 27-24, after an
Erik Perry Jr. layup with 3:50 on the clock. Caz ended the half with a 4-2 spurt to lead 31-26 at halftime.
Cazenovia opened the final half with 16-10 run to take a 44-33 lead with 16:16 left in the contest. Penn College answered with a 13-4 run to get within two, 48-46, on an Eichinger jumper with 12:49 remaining. Cazenovia responded with 10-2 run – in just one minute – to lead 58-48 with 11:16 on the clock. PCT got as close as three, 58-55, on a Perry Jr. trey with 9:18 left in the game but Cazenovia didn't allow their advantage to decrease by more than that the remainder of the game.
Penn College returns to the court Sunday, 2 p.m., hosting Morrisville.
