CAZENOVIA, N.Y. – Cazenovia College dealt Penn College an 86-62 setback in a North Eastern Athletic Conference women's basketball game Saturday. PCT fell to 1-11 NEAC, 2-18 overall, while Caz improved to 4-9, 8-12.
Tori Wolfe recorded her third career double-double with a team-high 22 points and 11 rebounds.
Cassi Kuhns notched her sixth career double with a team-high 12 rebounds and 14 points, and
Jane Herman finished with 16 points.
Skylar Girard led all scorers with 28 points for Cazenovia, and three other players finished in double figures in scoring.
Cazenovia outscored Penn College 25-8 in the first quarter, before PCT bested Caz in the second quarter, 23-20, to make it 45-31 at the break. Penn College outpaced Cazenovia in the third, 20-15, while Caz used a 26-11 fourth en route to the win.
Penn College returns to action Sunday, 2 p.m., at SUNY Poly.
