Baseball Falls to King's College
WILLIAMSPORT, PA - Penn College saw their seven-game unbeaten streak come to an end on Wednesday afternoon as they fell to King's College 15-5 in a non-conference game. Penn College falls to 10-7 on the year while King's improves to 10-13.
Aaron Palmer (0-2) took the loss on the hill as he surrendered five runs (one earned) in 3.0 innings of work. He scattered six hits while striking out five.
After trailing 3-0 in the bottom of the 2nd the Wildcats plated a run to make it 3-1 which was the closest they would come as King's scored five runs in the 3rd and 4th inning to cement their lead at 8-1. King's would go on to score seven runs in the 7th to make it 15-1 before Penn College scored two runs in the 7th and 8th inning to make it 15-5.
Penn College had 11 hits on the day but was unable to strings hits together for runs to claw its way back into the game. Rylan Whitymer led the Wildcats with two hits and three runs batted in.

Penn College returns to action Saturday when they take on Keuka College in a NEAC doubleheader. First pitch is slated for 1:00 p.m.
