WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Penn College knocked off SUNY Cobleskill 5-0 in a North Eastern Athletic Conference women's soccer match Saturday. The Wildcats remained unbeaten in the NEAC at 4-0, 6-1 overall, while the Tigers fell to 1-3 NEAC, 4-5 overall.
Kaelan Cronan scored her eighth goal of the season in the sixth minute when she deposited a deflected ball.
Tiffany Brown made it 2-0 in the 11
th minute after she found the back of the netl from the left to the right side of the net.
Carley DeVore found Cronan in the 19
th minute to put Penn College ahead 3-0.
Madison Kistler's pass from the left to
Kelly Williams in the 77
th minute gave the Wildcats a 4-0 lead.
Amanda Leisses netted the final score in the 81
st minute when she finished off a pass from
Jenna Rejman.
Penn College outshot Cobleskill 21-5 and held a 6-1 edge in corner kicks.
Taylor Gonzales stopped two shots –including a penalty kick in the first half – in goal for Penn College.
The Wildcats return to action Sunday, 12 p.m.., hosting SUNY Poly.
