HUNTINGDON, Pa. – Penn College surrendered a late score in the first half, and an early tally in the second, in a 2-1 setback to Juniata College in a non-conference women's soccer match Tuesday. The Wildcats fell to 7-7-1, while the Eagles improved to 3-10-2.
How it happened: Penn College took an early 1-0 lead when Dominque Brown scored her 10th goal this season in the 13th minute. Juniata tallied two goals in the 40th minute and the 59th minute, and held on for the win.
Inside the Box: The Eagles outshot Penn College 15-7, and held a 3-2 edge in corner kicks.
Taylor Gonzales stopped eight shots in goal.
