MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – Penn College tallied two first half goals in a 2-1 win over Morrisville in a North Eastern Athletic Conference women's soccer match Saturday. The Wildcats won their sixth-straight NEAC game and improved to 7-2 NEAC, 8-7-1 overall, while the Mustangs fell to 2-7, 4-11.
How it Happened:
Morgan Brooks put the Wildcats on the board in the third minute with an assist from
Dominique Brown.
Tiffany Brown added Penn College's second goal in the 52nd off a pass from
Morgan Feeley, before Morrisville got its lone goal in the 76th minute.
Inside the Box: The Wildcats led in shots 16-6 (10-4 on goal). Each team had four corner kicks.
Taylor Gonzales and
Charlee Marshall split time in goal for Penn College with Gonzales making one save and Marshall two.
