MORISVILLE, N.Y. – Penn College fell to Morrisville, 103-82, in a North Eastern Athletic Conference men's basketball game Saturday. The Wildcats fell to 2-20 overall, 1-12 NEAC, while the Mustangs improved to 18-4, 12-1.
Carson Garvis scored a career-high 29 points for Penn College, on 10 of 16 shooting, including 6 of 10 from long distance. Garvis also grabbed a team-high seven rebounds.
Spencer Bartron finished with 19 points and
Elijah Vazquez added 10.
Kevin Dennis scored a game-high 32 points for Morrisville, Justin Mitchell added 16, Derek Beames finished with 15, and Rahmell Smith pumped in 14.
The Mustangs led 52-42 at halftime and outscored Penn College 51-40 in the second half.
The Wildcats return to action Sunday, 2 p.m., at Cazenovia.
