WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Penn College dropped a 71-53 decision to SUNY Poly in a North Eastern Athletic Conference women's basketball game Saturday. PCT fell to 5-16 overall, 2-11 NEAC, while Poly improved to 15-7, 13-0.
How it Happened: Penn College erased a 10-2 deficit with a 9-1 run to get as close as 12-11 with 3:22 left in the first. Poly went on a 12-2 run to end the quarter ahead 24-13. Poly led by double-digits the rest of the game.
Inside the Box:
Madison Klock led Penn College with 12 points, while
Cassi Kuhns and
Lydia Albert contributed nine points each.
Tori Wolfe pulled down a game-high 16 rebounds.
Taylor Aybar led all scorers with 15 points for Poly.
Outside the Box: Penn College recognized Wolfe prior to Saturday's game in a senior day ceremony.
