Inside the Dugout: "It was great to get the season started earlier than normal," Penn College coach Chris Howard said. "Normally, you don't see to many bright spots on a day when you lose both games of a doubleheader but I'm encouraged by how hard everyone played.  Nathan Holt and Justin Porter threw the ball well. Freshman Jacob Wagner had three hits on the day and Sam Zeigler tied game two up with a two- run homerun."
