ELMIRA, N.Y. – Penn College dropped a 2-0 decision to Elmira College in a non-conference men's soccer match Wednesday. The Wildcats fell to 3-10-4, while the Eagles improved to 8-7.
How it Happened: Elmira College scored one goal in the first half and added another goal in the second half to secure the 2-0 victory. The Wildcats were led by
Daniel Jackson,
Chris McFarland and
Spencer Price who each put a shot on frame, but all were turned away.
Inside the Box: Penn College outshot Elmira, 12-9, but the Eagles held an 3-1 advantage on corner kicks.
Justin Potts picked up three saves in goal for the Wildcats.
