WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Wrapping up its season with a United East Conference home tri-match on Saturday, Penn College lost to Penn State Berks, 3-0, and Penn State Abington, 3-0, to finish 1-16 overall and 0-8 in the conference. Berks, 17-14 overall, took the conference's regular-season title with an 8-0 record and Abington improved to 11-16 overall and 2-6 in the UEC.
Against Penn State Berks: The Wildcats fell, 25-8, 25-15 and 25-14.
Inside the box: Berks led in kills, 31-14; aces, 18-2; and digs, 57-53. Emalie Marnati led Penn College with 20 digs and seven kills.
Against Penn State Abington: Penn College fell, 25-12, 25-12 and 25-19.
