Competing on the road over the weekend in separate dual-match action, Penn College lost on Saturday at SUNY Brockport, 43-6 to Brockport and 31-21 to Alfred State College and then on Sunday at the RIT Duals the Wildcats fell 45-3 to RIT and 37-6 to SUNY Oneonta as they saw their season record go to 5-13.
Against SUNY Brockport
Patrick Snoke scored the team's lone points with a pin in 2:41 in the 133-pound weight class.
Against Alfred State College
Penn College built a 21-3 lead after the 157-pound bout, only to see Alfred State score the next 28 points to take the match. Early Wildcat winners included Ryan Berstler at 125, with a fall; Snoke at 133 with a forfeit; Noah Hunt at 141, with a decision; and Logan Ledebohm at 157, with a pin.
Against RIT
Snoke's 6-4 win by decision at 133 provided the lone Penn College points.
Against SUNY Oneonta
A 6-1 decision win by Berstler at 125 and Ledebohm's 10-3 decision win at 157 accounted for all of the team's points.
For the weekend, Snoke ended 3-1, while Berstler and Ledebohm both finished 2-2.
