Wildcats split with Berks; Hemstock walks it off in game two

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Penn College split a United East softball doubleheader against Penn State Berks Saturday. The Wildcats dropped game one, 1-0, before Olivia Hemstock ended game two with a wall-off two-run single in the fifth to give the Wildcats a 10-2 victory. Hemstock and Specht made it 6-1 with RBIs in the fourth before Berks got a run back in the fifth to make it 6-2. Shaffer's two-run single to right in the fifth made it 8-2 before Hemstock ended the game with her two-run single to right.
