LANCASTER, Pa. -- Penn College men's soccer fell to Lancaster Bible, 1-0, in the regular season finale on Tuesday, Oct. 24. The Wildcats finish 7-6-3, 2-3-1 UEC and the Chargers sit 8-8-2, 4-2-0 UEC as the two sides wait to see where they end up in the final standings and the United East Volt Division playoff bracket.

How it happened: After a scoreless first 45 minutes, the Chargers held onto a 57th-minute goal from Tommy Elder to claim the victory on their home turf. LBC's defense did not allow a PCT shot on goal in the match.

Inside the box: Logan Confer, Tad Shellenberger and Tommy DeGeyter were all credited with a shot, but nothing came on frame while Cole Catherman turned away six of seven shots on goal from the home team.

Up next: Having secured a postseason berth for the first time since 2018, the Wildcats wait for the final standings to be released from the conference office to see where and when they will play on Saturday, Oct. 28, in the first round of the playoffs.
