WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Penn College fell to Penn State Harrisburg, 3-1, in the United East softball semifinals Tuesday. The Wildcats fell to 29-10, while the Nittany Lions advanced to the United East championship game.
Lexi Snyder gave Penn College a 1-0 lead in the third when her single up the middle brought in
Maddie Hurst. Harrisburg tied the game in the top of the fourth on a sacrifice bunt and later took the lead in the inning on an RBI single. The Lions added an insurance run in the sixth on an error.

Hailey DeBrody each picked up a hit for Penn College.
Mackenzie Weaver fell to 16-6 after seven innings of work. She allowed two earned, on two hits, with three strikeouts, and one walk.
